We are now building Salida River Front Condominiums which include 15 units along the Arkansas River in Downtown Salida. In April of 2008, we purchased the Log Cabin Court Motel. In consideration of the historical value of the site, we preserved one original cabin. It has been remodeled for use as our sales and construction office.
