Founded in 1993, Schultz & Associates is a locally owned and operated business, backed by more than 15 years of excellence in the homebuilding industry. Whenever possible, we purchase our materials from locally owned businesses.

Building homes that are environmentally efficient and structurally sound is a philosophy that we practice every day on every project. We not only meet, we often exceed the current standards set by Energy Star. In fact, 100% of our homes are Certified Energy Star.

We are now building Salida River Front Condominiums which include 15 units along the Arkansas River in Downtown Salida. In April of 2008, we purchased the Log Cabin Court Motel. In consideration of the historical value of the site, we preserved one original cabin. It has been remodeled for use as our sales and construction office. "During the summer of 2009, Diane and I purchased Unit N of the Salida River Front Condo project at 536 E First Street, in Salida Colorado. We were pleased with the purchase process, inspection, escrow and settlement. Every step of the purchase progressed smoothly and quickly.

We have used our condo enough to appreciate the floor plan. Everything is accessible, convenient and well planned. We have been able to observe the construction process on the condo's being built in the next phase next door to ours and have confirmed that as we thought, our condo has some of the best quality construction we have seen on any home or condo. All the problems that we have found are minor and the normal new construction problems. When we have found something it has been corrected immediately and to our satisfaction.
